First off, i love u all. We are constantly complimented on our website from the design, upkeep and our online community. One thing thats pissed me off alot though is the way new members to our community are treated, most of the time its rather funny but sometimes its just plain shit. I'm refering to a post with the heading WOW posted by 050914.(if i knew how to do the snazzy cut and paste thing i would have done it here, but im and old man!)
This is the first post from a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD kid, all he wanted to say was the fratellis rock or whatever and he gets told its a pointless thread! who the fuck are you to say its a pointless thread? is it to do with the fratellis?
then this is the place to say it.
As i said, i love you all and im very proud of what we've all built together here, i love the fact that you are very protective of the forum but come on! granted, things have been nicer lately towards new members but sorry, im not having that, im just not.
one way or another we are all here because we love music, dosent matter if you first heard creeping up the backstairs on xfm scotland or wanted to know who sang that work of genius thats on every tv show from here to china:-)
We all love the Fratellis and we've got a nice wee thing going here, dont spoil it by being nasty.
