just wanted to let you know that we were very sorry that we couldn't finish the tour off.We had some really great gigs (and some shady ones) and it's a real shame that we didn't get to finish the job.
We met loads of you and i just wanted to say how grateful we are for your support ( especially in the face of US label land indifference!) There's nothing like walking up from Time Square to see a huge line of people winding up through Broadway for your show!
We had some other magical moments like driving through the desert between Vegas and LA with Pat Garret and Billy the kid playing in the back ground,also Chicago house of Blues is a work of art.
It always makes me smile when you walk out onto a stage just about anywhere in the world to see a Lion Rampant or a Celtic shirt ( and some Rangers ones!). We really are a lucky band.
I'm sure it wont be long before we come back your way if not to play the guitar then for a plate of Buffalo chicken wings!!
