Hello all
hope everyone's well. I'm not the most organised so forgive the lack of news, at the same time the world needs a bit of mystery! Last week we recorded a couple of songs, one being called Give Me my Heart Back MacGuire and the other being called Midnight Love Song. Midnight Love Song it turns out is going to be on the US album release and also one way or another will be available over here probably as part of a little remixed Vanity Kills bundle, it's a song i wrote a good while ago and has changed a little bit each time i've gone back to it, it's a shame that i got to it too late to include it on the album over here.
i told you last time that we'd be announcing some more dates and we still plan to do that, the plan right now is to try and go out in the UK in May and also to announce festival dates before too long. The hold up is down to the usual dull things like money and venues but at the very least we'll do a decent number of shows between now and then...... Also we'll be taking in a little jaunt to Japan and the US again before the end of year night out.....
it's been a real pleasure making the record and playing live with this band, i really believe that it's the best live band in the land so finishing off playing some fields will suit us right down to the muddy ground
anything else comes up i'll let you know, eventually!
all the best
Jon
